As a true food enthusiast, I found it challenging to find genuinely authentic Tiramisu that was also 100% Halal, free from alcohol or gelatin. My vision was to craft a dessert that brought people together, where everyone could enjoy without concerns about ingredients. My journey started in my own kitchen in Ennis, blending my Palestinian heritage of hospitality with this timeless Italian delicacy, and thus, TiraBella was born.
